The site is located on a prominent part of the city and the client aspiration was to create an iconic structure to showcase their entry into the real estate market. The brief was to have a retail at ground level, large Convention Centre with a 100-room hotel to complement the large 2000 people convention facility. The top three floors were planned as the headquarters for the developer. The Convention Centre to be the state of art facility to cater to the local film industry or “Tollywood”. The three program, the convention, hotel creates an interesting mix to create an iconic built space to stand a presence on the street. Convention being the largest space is placed more prominently towards the road with retail spaces on first two levels strengthening its connection with the street.
