Gateway are exclusive towers that are rising 45 floors with two apartments in each tower with a dedicated core. The towers are laid on site such that they create a wide, vibrant public space between them. The simplistic & sleek of each tower is expressed with crisp detailing along with timeless materiality for a new language of luxury.
Each apartment has undisturbed and flowing vast spaces that open into each other and further connect to the balcony and sky outside. Large continuous deck connects the inside to the outside through a glass partition. The structure design has been planned to allow the uninterrupted views of space through the rooms and its connection to the outside. The entire room opens into a large balcony deck that connects to the skyline of Hyderabad. Each apartment opens up 270 degrees and the planning creates a unique experience as the connection to the sun changes in each room. The open connection of each room through rolling sliding partition enables them to be used for cosy encounters or be opened up completely for a large gathering of 50 people.
