We see so much unsold/ unused built spaces (residential +commercial) In our cities. Can we repurpose it for different use and reduce the need of new construction? We have been having this dialogue with our clients and helping them with business prepositions.
This is a conversion of a regular apartment into a weekend home cum Airbnb in a high end residential community. In keeping with the idea of repurpose, we are using recycled wood, Metal with an organic and natural material palette.
