The idea here was to re-establish the connection with nature even in very dense development and create an office building that is appropriate to the climatic and cultural context. A carefully nuanced office that brings nature to the façade of the building and ensures an efficient and sustainable space The entire length of the 36-meter proposed road is flanked by office buildings on both sides and attracts a large pedestrian footfall. There is an absence of retail and commercial arcade along the road and there are limited F&B facilities that are easily accessible along the pedestrian path. The goal is to create a mixed-use building with lower three floor dedicated to retail and F&B and the upper floors used as small offices for multiple tenants.
