The site is located in ICICI Knowledge Park, Shameerpet Hyderabad. The design was envisioned to wrap around the building with a courtyard and create a sense of belonging to the office space.
The 2,00,000 sqft of R&T facility houses 200 fume hoods and a pilot plant along with analytical labs, synthesis chemistry labs along with class 1,2 potent labs and required annex buildings such as warehouse, admin block, security block and utility blocks. The whole lab spaces are designed for a very flexible future office and to make sure it matches to the business model that has been adapted to the built form.
