AD was commissioned for designing premium condominiums for the top executives of SBI in the heart of Bangalore in St Mark's road in SBI LHO campus. The design was to create larger homes in the first floor level so as to cover a larger floor plate in the lower level and as you go higher we reduced the footprint and created a play of balconies giving double and triple height sections. As the housing is located in the center of the city we created interesting jalli lines to have some amount of screening for the whole living spaces.
The central arrival plaza is automatically created by the existing sump in the site which is the lifeline for all the other buildings in the campus. The central space is created without disturbing the same as a result we end up getting a fore court before entering the building or the circulation core.
