This house is set in the prime location of Banjara hills. The scope of work involved reimaging the interiors of the building as per the aspiration of the owners. The remodelled interiors have assumed the architecture intent as sacred and no external modifications are proposed. The internal spaces are all reimagined to maximise light and enable open plan functions. The Living is divided into an informal family and a lounge that connects to the dining space.

The owner of the house is designer with her own brand of fine jewellery. Each of the spaces in the house is woven together by brass lines or threads through the concept of Kintsugi or “golden joinery” in the design and planning of the house. All spaces are connected through organic brass lines that run as molten brass in the floor or as gold leaf in the ceiling. These are further connected by the “lines” carpet curation from Kelly Weastler.
